Winner of a 2008 Avery Fisher Career Grant, pianist Gilles Vonsattel is a member of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and often collaborates with artists like Yo-Yo Ma and the Borromeo String Quartet. Having performed world premieres by Ned Rorem & Nico Muhly, Vonsattel champions the expansion of the conventional classical concert experience and performs on renowned stages around the world from Allice Tully Hall to Zurich’s Tonhalle.
