Kristen
Harrington, General Manager
This is Kristen’s second season as General Manager. She brings experience in arts management, operations, and non-profit events planning. Most recently, Kristen served as the Assistant Director of University Bands at her alma mater Boston College, administering student participation and performances for the university’s musical performance ensembles. She lives in Salem, MA with her husband Steven. |

Carol
Turkoc, Operations and Ticketing Services Coordinator
Carol joins the Festival for her third year to handle concert operations and ticketing services. She brings to RCMF over 30 years of experience in special events coordination, and arts management and operations. Carol has worked with the Gloucester Stage Company, Speakeasy Stage Company in Boston, World Music Enterprises, and the East West Foundation. Carol and her husband Michael have lived in Rockport for over 15 years. |

Karen Harrison, Marketing and Development Coordinator
Karen joined the Festival in September, 2007. She brings over ten years of experience in marketing, brand management, and non-profit program development and enterprise management. Most recently Karen worked for The Trustees of Reservations at Castle Hill in Ipswich, MA before moving from San Francisco where she worked for Levi Strauss & Co. for seven years. She lives in Gloucester, MA with her husband James and daughter Aurelia. |

Betsy Giannoccaro, Campaign Manager
Betsy joined the Festival in May of 2006. She brings to her position 25 years of experience in both private businesses and non profit sectors including the fields of education, performing arts, urban redevelopment, human resources development, and hospitality. Betsy formerly worked for Salem State College, the BSO, Brown Richardson & Rowe, Landscape Architects and Planners, and amETEK Aerospace Products. Betsy and her husband Steven live in Rockport. |

Alison
Landoni, Capital Campaign Administrative Assistant
Alison joined RCMF this May as assistant to the Capital Campaign Manager. She brings with her years of experience in the visual, performing and media arts, as well as administrative and teaching experience with local arts organizations. Alison lives in Rockport with her husband, Jim Wickey and their artistic son, Ben Wickey. |

Gerrie
Butman, Accounting Coordinator
Gerrie came to RCMF with experience in accounting in the non-profit world and consulting on the integration of accounting procedures. From 1998 ˆ 2005, she was the financial manager of the Waring School in Beverly, MA. As a trustee of the school she set up the accounting department and helped build financial management systems for the business office. Gerrie lives in Gloucester with her husband Bill, has 2 married children, and one grandchild. |

Stephanie Woolf, Education Coordinator
Stephanie officially joined the RCMF staff in October. She offers her extensive knowledge of music and many connections within the professional music community. She has a passion for music education and a commitment to excellence. In addition to her performance career as a studio musician in Nashville, TN, Stephanie taught undergraduate music theory at Vanderbilt University and various other private institutions. She has been a private violin instructor for many years, and has much experience in music education as well as in running her own small business. Stephanie shares a deep knowledge of both RCMF and its educational programming, and she has a proven track record of success in working well with the music educators in our community, the musicians who participate in RCMF programs, and the Educational Outreach Committee of RCMF. |
